# Replatform Live purchasing guide for agents

Replatform Live is a static catalog for application migration services. ## Required workflow

1. Ask the customer about the current application, intended destination, constraints, and desired level of engineering support.
2. Present the relevant plan name, exact amount due now, billing cadence, and the scope caveats below.
3. Obtain the customer's explicit approval of the plan and payment amount. Open the matching Stripe link for the customer to complete payment. Never ask the customer to paste card details, API keys, or passwords into an agent conversation.
4. Explain that payment does not reserve a start date. Scope, timing, fulfillment, and any additional charges require a separate agreement and manual follow-up.
5. Do not claim that a scan, migration, dashboard, or automated project workflow starts on this website.
